Glatzova & Co. has advised the municipality of Poricany on the approximately CZK 160 million agreement with a Hecht Group project company for the sale of development land near the D11 highway. Baroch Sobota reportedly advised the Hecht Group.
The Hecht Group describes itself as the largest specialized supplier of garden machinery from the Czech Republic.
The transaction "establishes a cooperation between the municipality and the investor in the development and subsequent operation of the planned Hecht Group premises," Glatzova & Co. Partner Erik Kolan commented.
