Cobalt and Ellex Raidla Advise on USD 19 Million Binalyze Series A

Cobalt has advised Binalyze on its USD 19 million series A financing round with Molten Ventures, Cisco Investments, Citibank Ventures, and Deutsche Bank Corporate Venture Capital as well as existing investors Earlybird Digital East and OpenOcean. Ellex Raidla advised Molten Ventures on leading the round.

According to Cobalt, Binalyze is the world's fastest and most comprehensive digital forensics and incident response solution: their software remotely, securely, and automatically collects more than 280 digital forensics artifacts in under ten minutes.

"The raised investment will help Binalyze advance its mission to deliver the most comprehensive, end-to-end digital forensics and incident response investigation platform on the market for cloud and on-premises assets," the same firm announced.

Cobalt's team was led by Partner Kristel Raidla-Talur and included Specialist Counsels Greete-Kristiine Kuru and Madis Reppo.

The Ellex team included Partner Antti Perli, Counsel Rutt Vark, Senior Associates Merlin Liis-Toomela and Hanna Pahk, and Lawyers Liis Tava and Hegle Parna.
