Cobalt has advised Arunas Kuraitis on a 30-year lease of a building in Vilnius's Old Town from Lithuania's Jesuit Province. Wint advised the Jesuit Province on the deal.
According to Cobalt, “for a long time, the building belonged to the Abramaviciai family, which rebuilt the building into an ornate Abramavicius Palace. The palace later became part of the religious community and still belongs to it."
