CMS has advised Partner in Pet Food on its acquisition of Polish pet food producer Mispol S.A. from Lithuania-based NDX.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

PPF, a portfolio company of the Sixth Cinven Fund, is a Hungarian pet food producer. The company employs over 2,000 people and has operations in ten countries across Europe.

NDX is a Vilnius-based investment firm that focuses on lower-, middle-market companies in CEE and Scandinavia.
