CMS and SSW Pragmatic Solutions Advise on PIB Group Limited's Acquisition of WDB

CMS has advised British insurance intermediary PIB Group Limited on the acquisition of WDB, an independent insurance broker in Poland. SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised the sellers, Mariusz Muszynski, Mateusz Holly, and Piotr Kumiega, on the deal.

CMS describes the PIB Group as “one of the largest independent insurance brokers" and reports that it "offers a range of specialist products and services in the UK, the Channel Islands, Ireland, and Germany.”

WDB, founded in 2007, operates in both life and non-life insurance areas, with a focus on the real estate and transportation sector, as well as life and health programs in the public and private sectors.
