CEE Attorneys Boanta Gidei si Asociatii has supported Sparking Capital in obtaining a self-managed alternative investment fund license registered with the Financial Supervisory Authority of Romania.
According to CEE Attorneys, “Sparking Capital is a closed-end private equity alternative investment fund targeting professional investors, offering them exposure to local companies in fintech, marketing tech, travel tech, property tech, fitness tech, circular economy, marketplaces, entertainment industry, agriculture, etc. On the Romanian alternative investment fund market, Sparking Capital is the first example of an AIF in the venture capital area that has successfully gone through an administrative licensing process in Romania.”
