Wolf Theiss has advised DSK Bank and OTP Bank on the EUR 88 million real estate financing of Bravo Sky. Lex Locus reportedly advised the borrowers.
Bravo Sky is a commercial development project in Sofia. According to Wolf Theiss, with an investment volume of approximately EUR 120 million and a built-up area exceeding 71,500 square meters, Bravo Sky is positioned to set a new benchmark in sustainable commercial development.
