Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov has advised Dow Jones International on the execution of a lease agreement for the company's new office in Sofia.
According to the firm, its advice "also covered matters related to design and construction matters for the desired fit out and finishing of the office premises."
DGKV reports that the Bulgarian office experts of Dow Jones International "will work as part of the company's core technology team and will be engaged in development of the Dow Jones dynamic platform, providing access to rich content from economic and financial news and user data around the world."
DGKV’s team included Counsel Kaloyan Krumov and Senior Associate Tsvetelina Bayraktarova.
