Dentons and Baker McKenzie have advised international investment manager BentallGreenOak on its acquisition of three 7R Park Tczew warehouses from 7R. Wolf Theiss advised the seller. DLA Piper advised Dutch banking and financial services provider ING on its provision of financing for the transaction.

According to Dentons, 7R Park Tczew is a complex of five modern A-class warehouse facilities located in the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. The acquisition involves two existing facilities covering a total area of 39,000 square meters and another 10,000-square-meter facility currently under development. 

The Dentons team included, in Warsaw, Partners Piotr Szafarz and Piotr Nerwinski, Senior Associates Olga Ziegler and Anna Hergottova, and Associates Maciej Roman, Joanna Poplawska, Paulina Horodenska-Wieczorek, and Jan Zaremba; and in Luxembourg, Senior Associate Christophe Renaudin.

Baker McKenzie’s team consisted of Partner Katarzyna Kopczewska, Counsel Michal Maj, and Associate Michal Nocon.
