CMS has advised Bruker Corporation on its acquisition of Biocrates Life Sciences.
Biocrates Life Sciences is an Austrian company operating in mass spectrometry-based quantitative metabolomics. According to CMS, through this acquisition, Bruker is set to strengthen its MS-based metabolomics solutions and expand its portfolio of multiomics instruments, reagents, software, and research services.
The CMS team included Austria-based Partners Alexander Rakosi, Sibylle Novak, Mariella Kapoun-Reiter, Hans Lederer, Gabriela Staber, Jens Winter, and Marlene Wimmer-Nistelberger, Lawyers Marie-Christine Lidl, Anna Hiegelsperger, Thomas Aspalter, and Andreas Lichtenberger, Associates Yara Al-Harbi, Clemens Macho, Konstantin Kladivko, Lukas Kment, Clara Puczynski, Caroline Pavitsits, and Alexander Sommergruber, and Legal Trainee Ferdinand Sima as well as further team members in Germany.
